An efficient methodology was developed in this study to evaluate the time-dependent failure probability of a pressurized oil or gas pipeline containing an SCC defect. Failure is defined as the burst of the pipeline at the defect location due to the pipe internal pressure.

First, we considered the relation among the damage ratio of sewerage pipes and manholes, the seismic force, the ground factor, the pipe factor, the ground liquefaction factor and so on.
